  • Domestic Shipping: Currently, we ship to all regions within Ghana. Whether you are in Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, or any other city or town, we will deliver your order right to your doorstep.
  • Future Expansion: We are working towards expanding our shipping services to include international locations. As soon as this option becomes available, we will update this policy and inform our customers accordingly. Stay tuned for updates on our international shipping capabilities.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This means that once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be packed and shipped out within this time frame.
  • Peak Seasons & Delays: During busy periods such as holidays or special sales events, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased demand. We will do our best to communicate any delays during such times and appreciate your understanding.
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 4 PM local time may not be processed until the next business day.

  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping on orders over a certain value. The threshold for free shipping may vary, and details will be made available during promotions or on our website.
  • Partnered Couriers: We partner with reliable local couriers such as SkyNet, DHL, and YANGO to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and securely.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery within Ghana typically takes between 2-5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Customers in major cities like Accra, Kumasi, or Takoradi may receive their orders faster, while more remote areas may take slightly longer.
  • Express Delivery: Express shipping options guarantee faster delivery, usually within 1-2 business days. Exact delivery estimates will be provided during checkout based on the service selected.
  • Delivery Time Frames: Please note that delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays may affect delivery times.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
