This Refund and Return Policy took effect on February 24, 2024.

At Sparkle Pod, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, here is our policy for returns and refunds:

1. Refund and Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 48 hours of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customised products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and specify the desired exchange. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
